Charlie's Rise & RIDE is a supportive, 'No Drop' group ride on Saturday Morning (pedals up @ 07:30AM) with beautiful sunrise/ocean views. The ride distance of 30 miles and depending on participants (riders) each week we are will have two separate groups. There will be an 18+ and a second more paced group. You can ride in the 18+ group to work on your speed and endurance. Ride in the second paced group of 15 – 18 mph while working on your conditioning. The route allows us to regroup at various times so we stay together as a group, making this a great ride not only for experienced riders as well as for beginners worried they might not be able to keep up. Following traffic laws also allows us to regroup and to show respect for others on the road.
The intention of this group is to work on every ones riding skills such as drafting and other group-riding techniques while having fun at a pace that works for all. Helmets are required and lights are encouraged as the sun is still low in the sky at start time. After the ride there is an opportunity to relax and enjoy a well-deserved breakfast while getting to know each other.

DEERFIELD BEACH/A1A - Saturdays @ 7:00am
Camp Cove riders leave from Deerfield Beach (The Cove/Hillsborough, 1 block west of A1A, 1754 SE 3rd Ct) heading either north or south on A1A. Weekly rides are usually 35-60 miles and consist of 15-20 regulars with speeds of 19-23 mph with flexibility of faster and slower pace lines and distance depending on training schedule and collective group skill. Camp Cove offers a nice pace line, with consistent speed and conversation throughout the rides. Camp Cowboy promises to be a safe and fun experience for intermediate and more experienced riders alike. It's just a great way to break up the work week with a nice safe ride. We ride safely on the empty streets of the closed for the day industrial park of Sunrise, the new path that connects to Markham Park as well as the empty lanes of the Park, For those of you nervous about riding on the road alongside traffic, this is a great opportunity, as we very rarely see a car on our rides. After we lose the benefits of day light savings time we will move to riding in the morning from Bagels 4 U on Stirling and Pine Island were we loop around the quiet streets of Rock Creek and head to the service road alongside Flamingo road as we get our 20 to 25 miles in. After the ride a bite to eat is never out of the question no matter what ride we are doing!

Riders should be able to maintain a minimum of 16 mph. If you are a new rider to group riding, please come out and join us. The focus is on a SAFE RIDE !! This not a RACE!!
Distance: 30 Miles to Boyton Beach Inlet and or 40 miles to the park in Lake Worth (New riders can drop from the group and return on their own or with others not wanting to put in the miles determined that morning.)A Group riders can travel north to Southern Blvd or the Port of Palm beach for more mileage!
Always two groups A and B C Group combination
Speed: Warm up (first 5 miles) 16/17 mph, after that group speed will range between 16 - 18 mph and or 18 - 21 mph above depending on the group. We will break up into C, B and Maybe A groups depending on riders!
Direction of travel: Will depend on the wind.
Please remember when it is warm out remember liquids!!!
We encourage new riders to join us and work on their distance and speed.
Helmets are MANDATORY, lights on your bike are optional.
zMotion requires all event/training ride participants to wear a helmet and obey all traffic laws (i.e. respect signals, stop signs, yield signs, etc.). Use caution at intersections and respect all other road users (other cyclists, pedestrians and motorists). As a participant, you recognize that cycling is a potentially hazardous activity and you assume all risks associated there with.
Camp Dutty Rida’s is a zMotion ride with “international flavor”. The group meets to ride every Sunday at 6:45 am at Bell’s Bike Shop in Hallandale Beach, so pre- and post-ride adjustments are always available. After leaving Bell’s Bike Shop, we often meet up with Camp Ronin Riders and together we ride south to South Beach. There is a brief photo stop at South Pointe Park and a full rest stop on Lincoln Road, before returning back to Bell’s Bikes for a total ride distance of 40 miles. This ride is open to all cyclists who can maintain an average speed of 18-20 mph. While the ride maintains these speeds, there are 3 sprint points so that riders can exert some extra energy. They regroup after every sprint and every hill to continue with the pace line.
Camp G2 Cycling, commonly known as the G2 Ride, has been around since 2006. The group meets to ride every Sunday at 7:30am in the beach parking lot on A1A and Atlantic Blvd. We ride north to our Seaside Deli turnaround and Boynton Beach convenience store for a quick break, then back. We welcome men and women of average to advanced cycling abilities to join us. Triathletes are encouraged to also ride with us, but please respect the pace line safety: aero-bar use only in front or back. G2’s average riding speed is 20-24mph, but prepare yourself for some safely designated sprints! Don’t worry if you fall behind – we’ll always regroup to continue on with the pace line. With Camp G2 Cycling, you’re guaranteed a fun and challenging ride!

Camp Gear Life’s mission is to encourage, motivate, and promote individuals that share a common interest in cycling. We ride to enjoy ourselves, while working on improving our speeds, endurance, and distances. We meet at the 10404 W. Atlantic Blvd., Coral Springs, FL, every Sunday at 7:15am. Pedals up at 7:30 for 32 miles riding 18-20mph.
Weston Regional Park, 20200 Saddle Club Road, Weston, FL- Saturdays and Sundays 7:15am
Join Camp Memorial Weston Warriors to ride out of Weston. They have 3 different speed groups, 16-18mph; 18-21mph; and 22+mph. On Saturdays the route is about 20 to 40 miles, and on Sundays the route is between 28-35 miles. In addition on Wednesday evenings from mid-March thru October 31st, there is a ride that leaves the Weston Town Center Publix parking lot on Bonaventure Rd and Royal Palm Blvd. in Weston at 6:15 pm, pace is about 18 to 21 mph (if enough people 16 to 18 mph group) for 21 to 29 miles.
Once a quarter Team Memorial Weston Warriors hosts a "teaching/beginners ride" on the first Saturday of the quarter. Here we will teach riding in groups, hand/voice signals, how to pull and pace a group etc... The group pace is about 13-15mph and the length of the ride is about 18-20 miles. *This ride happens if there are at least 3 cyclists interested.

CAMP RONIN RIDERS

HALLANDALE BEACH - Sundays @ 7:00am
Meet at Starbucks located at 1805 E Hallandale Beach Blvd. Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 (park in 2100 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd Transcapital bank parking lot, located on the South side of Hallandale Beach Blvd, Starbucks is located on the North side of Hallandale Beach Blvd.) Pedals up 7am. Travel north thru the beautiful neighborhoods of east Hollywood, then head north to loop around Fort Lauderdale Airport's perimeter road. On longer distance days, continue north to Las Olas through eastern neighborhoods. Finally, head back south down A1A to Hallandale Beach Blvd for a post-ride Starbucks. Ronin Riders camp is for the intermediate level rider. Routes will vary between 30-60 miles. Speeds are between 17-20 mph depending on the group & wind.

WESTON - Sundays @ 7:30am
Previously known as Camp Steve & Lissette, this team is usually referred to as "The Most Good Looking" 5 years running. This is one of the founding zMotion rides and promises to be a safe and fun experience for both beginner and intermediate riders alike. Camp Wild Westons Cycling Group start at Weston Town Center, by the Starbucks (1739 Main St., Weston, FL) in Weston and ride safely within the Weston area, taking advantage of wide bike paths and bike conscious motorists. For those of you nervous about riding on the road along side traffic, this is a great opportunity as Weston is generally very "biker friendly." There are usually two groups riding weekly, either 15-18 mph for 20-30 miles (or) 19-23 mph for 30-50 miles.

Looking for a great group of people to ride with in the Kendall area? Camp West Side Sunset Bandits is your group! We host regular training rides during the week, as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings. The weekend morning rides range from 40-70 miles on beautiful scenic routes. If the weather is inclement, the group may do some sprint training around a safe and designated area. The paces of Camp West Side Sunset Bandits' rides are between 18 - 22mph with a good flow and minimal stopping, except for an occasional mid route coffee. Camp WSSB is run by a group of friends who love to ride – we’re looking for likeminded people to train with. Join us to have fun, ride safe, get strong, and make friends all while exploring some of the most beautiful bike routes in South Florida.
