November-March: 6AM @ Bagels 4 U

We ride safely on the empty streets of the closed for the day industrial park of Sunrise, the new path that connects to Markham Park as well as the empty lanes of the Park, For those of you nervous about riding on the road alongside traffic, this is a great opportunity, as we very rarely see a car on our rides. After we lose the benefits of day light savings time we will move to riding in the morning from Bagels 4 U on Stirling and Pine Island were we loop around the quiet streets of Rock Creek and head to the service road alongside Flamingo road as we get our 20 to 25 miles in.
