 Memberships and Events are non-cancelable and non-transferable. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund for the price of the product. The returned item needs to be in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) for a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the merchandise back to us. To return an item, please send us an email by our Contact Us page including your order number and the item you would like to return. We will authorize the transaction by sending you a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please include the RMA on your shipping label. Please allow 10 business days for processing your return.
